they were all nice to guests.
i booked afternoon tea, but the service felt slow. i never got my tea even though i ordered it some time ago. more staff in the dining room could improve things

The hotel grounds included Highland cows. I encountered Colin, the resident peacock, during a walk. The breakfast menu offered many delicious choices. I especially loved the homemade potato scones.

The hotel grounds offered a beautiful setting. I appreciated the well kept gardens. The architecture was Amazing, with detailed elements. The staff members were helpful and friendly.

this lack of response was frustrating. additionally, they seemed confused about the reservation. this disorganisation detracted from what should have been a smooth experience. service during lunch was slow. i think more staff in the dining room would help

beautiful grounds relaxing experience delicious food takeout boxes
My friend and i were charmed by the surroundings. the grounds are beautiful and offered a relaxing experience (it seemed like stepping into another world). the food was delicious. We enjoyed the afternoon tea with takeout boxes for the cakes. i pre-ordered wine and it was as requested.
i felt the service was a little slow at times (especially when trying to get my tea).
